The 3 Branches
We have 3 branches of government.
1. Legislative Branch-
The Legislative Branch makes the laws. They can impeach the people working in the other branches, and overrule the executive branch's veto.
2. Executive Branch-
The Executive Branch carries out the laws. They help to hire the Judicial Branch, and can veto the legislative branch's laws.
3. Judicial Branch-
The Judicial Branch makes sure the laws are being carried out fairly, and can declare actions made by other branches unconstitutional.
The following article is a good example of how not all the branches always agree, and how the citizens of America don't always agree with their decisions.
